welcome

I hope you are fairing well in these wild times we are in. I wanted to give you an idea as to what to expect when you sign up for a Private Pilates Session with me, especially if you are brand new to the method. After scheduling your time with me I will reach out with just a few questions on your health, needs, and goals as to not take up too much time in person so that when you come in we can get to work.

Then when you arrive at my private studio, you can park in the parking lot and either come up the 4 stairs to the doors off the lot. Or there is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the left of the building where you will come in the side door and my suite is in the grouping through the first door on your right.

My space is quiet with soft lighting, and is equipped with classical Gratz reformer and wunda chair. I also have classical and contemporary tower springs and props. The first session I will guide you through a series of movements while I assess your strengths and imbalances, forming a path to balance and pain relief and/or management. Sessions run 55 mins with the addition of homework if you feel up to it.

I support and celebrate all human bodies and capabilities, regardless of gender, identity, race, age, orientation or any other attributes that make you you. I am, and always will be in awe of the human potential and I look forward to supporting you to be the best version of you there ever was.
